Som spokojný

Som spokojný. Čakal som v kategórii C laptop vo veľmi zlom stave, ale okrem jedného hrubého skrabanca pozdlz prednej hrany (na prvý pohľad som ho ani nevidel) a chýbajúcej gumovej nôžky (vytlačil som si náhradnú) je vo výbornom vizuálnom stave. Displej bez škrabancov, touchpad aj klávesnica bez nejakých známok používania. Baterka po kalibrácii hlásila 83% zdravia. Jedine čo, tak laptop nebol z vnútra poriadne vyčistený (bolo tam toľko prachu, že sa netočil ventilátor), ale po vyčistení prešiel záťažovým testami na výbornú. Celkovo som vzhľadom na cenu 280€ veľmi spokojný.

My purchase of the year 2026! Stellar customer service and great laptop.

I'm someone who usually buys the larest/greatest and spend a lot of money doing so. This time I wanted to have something that works and costs were a serious limiting factor.

After extensive search i stumbled on ITzoo and this deal. It seemed to good to be true so, the sceptic I am reached out to sales. They've confirmed all the questions I had within minutes.

After ordering and receiving and in between I had a lot of other questions. I never buy refurbished. Support must have been wondering what loonatic ordered this laptop.

Communication has never been anything else than stellar. Fantastic explanations and to the point. You rarely see this nowadays. Thabk you so much!

The laptop arrived as advertised and even as a B grade it looked pretty much new. Everything worked as expected and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I must add that I use this as my workstation for heavy duty Software engineering.
